| 工作内容： |
1. As the head of the SCRC technical team, be responsible for the R&D of SCRC, managing both technical strategy and R&D execution.
2. Lead Group Leaders and Project Leaders to achieve SCRC technical roadmap both middle and long-run
3. Lead and motivate the technical teams to achieve tasks and fulfill the completion of projects
4. Interface with headquarter, Global institutes and authorities to push forward and manage SCRC technical strategy
5. Explored and plan next generation technological breakthroughs for the Greater China market, and formulate action items/projects for SCRC.

| 具体要求： |
1. Min. 10 years of relevant experience in Global IT Company and research institutes
2. Min. 10 years of relevant experience in Global IT Company and research institutes:
• Embedded SW fundamental area including RTOS, FS, DD, Algorithms, BSP etc.
• Embedded SW architecture design for various of CE product
• Specific function implementation including A/V Codec, Protocol, DB, MW, Algorithms and relevant applications targeting for CE devices and IT Products
3. Deep understand of global SW technology arts and precise insight to this area
4. Leadership, strategic thought, on-time correct decision making skills
5. Experience of managing over 100 engineers and technical professional highly desired.
6. Team management skills and co-ordination practice
7. Good communication both oral and written (English and Chinese)
8. Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
