1. Provide guidance to SCRC HCI (Human Computer Interaction) team, including refining process and team training
2. Play a key role in the brain storming, idea generation, concept abstraction, prototype coding stages.
3. Co-operate with team members to explore China specific HCI concepts and feature applications, and conducting in-depth research and analysis for China and Chinese consumers
4. Support HQ HCI projects for China or global market

|
| 具体要求： |
1. Min.3 years of relevant experience in Global IT Company or research institutes
2. Deep knowledge and experience in (main parts of ) the following areas:
• Full cycle HCI development including user research, analysis, idea generation, concept abstraction, scenario draw up, prototype coding etc.
• Understanding of social and psychological impact of computer science
• Product level UI/GUI development for CE devices
3. Good understand of global HCI technology arts with both insight and innovation
4. Team management skills and co-ordination practice
5. Good communication both oral and written (English and Chinese)
6. MS/Ph.D. in HCI, user experience design, interaction design, cognitive psychology, etc.
